Libby Tolley is a Juried Artist Member of the California Art Club, is a signature member of Oil Painters of America, the National Watercolor Society, and Alla Prima International. She also is an elected member of the American Artists Professional League. In 1993 she
co-founded S.L.O.P.E., San Luis Obispo Outdoor Painters.
Compelling landscape paintings result when the artist knows how to capture both the sense of place and their feelings about the subject.
In the workshop, we will work on the elements that let us translate our vision.
