Workshop Pre-Registration

Registration is completed with receipt of deposit

Deposit schedule:

60 days or less: Full amount due

90 days or less: 50% of workshop fee

More than 90 days: $500 deposit per student

Canadian or foreign students - please send your deposit as US funds

Please be sure to fill out and submit the form above to register.

Workshop reservations are made on a first come, first served basis

and will be honored upon receipt of deposit.

Balance is due upon arrival and personal checks are accepted.

LODGING: Your lodging for 5 nights, starting Sunday PM through Friday AM, is automatically reserved upon recepit of deposit unless you are enrolling as a Day Student and lodging elsewhere.

NOTE: Classes run through Friday afternoon.

Please let us know if you need to reserve extra nights.

Spouses / guests - your room is booked for double occupancy.  There is no additional charge for one non-student sharing your room.

Cancellations by the student - more than 90 days = a full refund, less than 90 days prior to workshop will receive their deposit returned less a $75 processing fee. Less than 60 days - we cannot guarantee the return of your deposit (less the processing fee) unless another student takes your place.  We reserve the right to cancel any workshop at any given time with full refund of your deposit.

We often get asked "...what is the cut off date for signing up?".

Since many instructors and students have to make plane reservations our policy, in most cases, is to cancel classes 6 weeks prior to the workshop date.

 

Some workshops are very popular and fill up very quickly so don't delay in signing up for your favorites.

 

IMPORTANT:

When making your plane reservations please try to book refundable or transferable tickets in the event that a workshop

is canceled.
