AIRPORTS:
There are two airports...
Bar Harbor / Hancock County Airport, in Trenton, is 20 minutes away.
Bangor International Airport,
is an hour plus away.
TAXI SERVICE:
Call Bill at 207-266-1225
BUS - The bus station is in Bangor, an hour plus away.
DRIVING:
Take Interstate 95 in Maine all the way to Bangor, Exit 182A to I-395 and follow the signs for Bar Harbor or Acadia National Park via Rt. 1A towards Ellsworth. When you reach Ellsworth - keep going straight when the road forks onto Rt. 3.
Follow Rt.3 past Thompson Island - when the road forks at the traffic light, keep going straight onto Rt. 102/198 to Southwest Harbor. The road will fork just past the town, stay to the right. Bear right again at the Sunoco gas station. 1.1 miles make a left onto Bernard Road. The first driveway on the right is The Acadia Workshop Center #7.

Camping?
The Seawall Campground, part of the National Park Service offers camping in season. Website
We also recommend the Quietside Campground, just up the road and Bass Harbor Campground which is about 10 minutes from the workshop studio.
